The SITRANS TSthermowell offers a comprehensive portfolio of thermowells.
Especially in regard of the temperature sensor SITRANS TS500, there arise a broad range of applications. Thereby SITRANS TSthermowell covers entirely all important international standards.

The TS Insert is used as a spare part for the SITRANS TS500 or as component to build up complete temperature assemblies. Deliverable in European design with ceramic terminal bloc, flying leads or mounted transmitter or in American design, build up spring-loaded in the extension. SITRANS TS Insert opens a wide field for individual solutions on customer site and ensures that the special know-how will be ensured on place.

This temperature sensor line for sanitary applications provides a wide range of appropriate process connections for the classical temperature measurement. The SITRANS TO500 multipoint measuring system is used for evaluating a large number of temperature measuring sensors arranged on a very narrow fiber-optic temperature measuring lance. The system consists of the following components: a read-out unit, the transmitter, and the measuring lance, which can each be connected to up to 48 temperature sensors on the transmitter at four channels. With up to four measuring probes, 192 measuring points can therefore be processed at the same time by a SITRANS TO500. The extremely thin sensor measuring probe of < 2 mm is used for measured value transmission. The system is therefore particularly suitable when the user wishes to install a very large number of measuring points in a tight space and with low thermal mass, such as in tube and tube bundle reactors or in capillary or microreactors.

The SITRANS TF280 is a WirelessHART temperature transmitter that provides all measured process values as well as diagnostic information, parameters and functions via radio. The device is powered by an internal battery and designed for ultra low power consumption. Its compact and rugged design makes it specially suitable for direct mounting on tanks and pipes in remote parts of plants, and on moving or rotating equipment for process monitoring or asset management applications.

SITRANS TF is used where other transmitters can't cope. One main point is its rating of IP67.

SITRANS TR320/420 is designed to support all common resistance thermometers and thermocouples. It also evaluates resistance and millivolt signals. Setup is quick and easy with the SIMATIC PDM or the Handheld Communicator. 

SITRANS TW is a consistent further development of the hundred thousand times proven SITRANS T for the 4wire system in the mounting rail housing.
